Spots and Dots challenge card


Momo at madebymomo.blogspot.com is having a challlenge. Check out her blog. It is full of fabulous ideas.
I made this card for a little girl who has a birthday coming up and then I realized it it would work for the challenege. Lol!!! This is the the first challenge I'm joining.
