A blog Award for me!!!!
Hello everyone! I got a blog award from Ashley at Ashley's Scrappin Palace. I am so honored!

Here are the eight things about myself:
1. I was a classroom teacher for about 10 yrs but now I am honored to home school our 5 year old son! I thank God for this privilege daily!
2. I've been married to my college sweetheart for 15 years.
3. I'm a Christian learning to trust, obey and love Jesus everyday.
4. I was born and raised in NYC.
5. I am fluent in Spanish (my parents are from Puerto Rico)
6. I love to hang out at the beach and the pool!
7. I shop way too much for paper craft supplies!!!! ( Cricut Cartridges, tools and paper are my biggest weakness) You may see me on the show intervention one day. Lol
8. I love to laugh and be goofy!

Birthday card for Pedro
I made this birthday card for my brother in law! This doggie reminded me of their dog Diego. Lol! So cute!
I used Birthday bash for everything.
The sentiment is from Scrappy moms' Simple sentiments set
I also inked the edges with Walnut Stain Distress Ink.
I stamped the sentiment with the same ink and embossed it with clear embossing powder. This ink stays wet long enough that you don't need to use embossing ink...very cool!
